It’s the beginning of a New Year (2021) and I would like to say Happy New Year to all our stakeholders and the general public.
2020 was a tough year globally as the world was hit with the COVID-19 Pandemic. Businesses, Organizations, and Governments had to quickly adapt and navigate through these challenging times to ensure productivity.
I would like to thank the Board, Management, and Staff of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) for the efforts they put in to make sure that our core mandates were achieved. Your hard work is greatly appreciated. We have a number of programmes lined up for this year and I am sure with your dedication, commitment and determination we will be able to complete them successfully.
Let me also use this opportunity to thank our stakeholders – Public Entities, Private Sector, Civil Society Organizations, and the Media for their great contributions and cooperation with the Authority. I thank you all for your support and I hope that this relationship continues as we achieve greater success together. The Authority will continue to execute its mandates with your cooperation and support to improve on the fairness and transparency in the Public Procurement processes in Ghana.
