Petition by Complainant – Marubeni Corporation through their Solicitors, dated 20th November, 2014 for administrative review of the unfair treatment of Complainant in the tender process by the Volta River Authority (VRA) for the procurement of a contractor for the Combined Cycle Power Plant EPC Package for Takoradi 4 Thermal Power Project (T4 Project).
Petition by Complainant – Smartmatic UK Ltd dated 24th November, 2011 for administrative review against the Electoral Commission for purported irregularities in the bidding process to select a company to produce a Biometric Voters Register for the Republic of Ghana.
M.K. Awi Enterprise Ltd. (the “Complainant”) participated in the tender mentioned above, on 25th March 2009, by Kumasi Polytechnic (the “Respondent”). By letter dated 3rd August 2009, the Respondent notified the Complainant that it had been awarded a contract for the supply of certain equipment.
The Complainant, Belshaw Ltd. (Complainant) participated in a Tender by the Greater Accra Regional Health Directorate and quoted for Lot 3, which was for the supply of 40,000 gallons of bleach over a twelve month period, among other Lots.
This case concerned Nordic Development Fund (NDF) credit implemented by the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Environment (MLGRDE), the main executing agency, through its Project Support Unit (LGPSU).
Petition by Complainant – Nyagsi Engineers Ltd. dated 12th October 2009, for administrative review against the refusal of the Northern Regional Co-ordinating Council (NRCC) and the Northern Regional Entity Tender Committee (NRETC) to award the contract for construction of a Steel Bridge over River Katapila on the Wenchiki-Adibo Feeder Road
Petition by Complainant – Mawulorm Kwame dated September 2009, for administrative review against the Adentan Municipal Assembly (AdMA), its Entity Tender Committee (ETC) and all officers concerned for the violation of various provisions of Act 663 in respect of a number of procurement activities undertaken by the AdMA
Petition by Global Lighting Centre Limited (Complainant) dated 1st December, 2009 for administrative review of an alleged discriminatory decision against the company by the Energy Foundation (Respondent) in respect of a tender submitted for Project NO-GH-TI-4092
Purchase of Integrated Personnel & Payroll Database Back Up – (IPPD3) Software B (Tender No. ICT No. IPPD/3/2007): Petition by the Complainant Persol Systems Ltd. for administrative review against the Respondent, Controller & Accountant-General’s Department (CAGD) citing wrongful, improper procedure leading to the award of contract to a preferred bidder, which in Complainant’s estimation, raised serious concerns of manipulation, impropriety and bias in the evaluation conducted by the Respondent for the tender mentioned above.
Supply of Rescue Equipment for the Rescue Fire Fighting Services (Tender No. GR/GACL/GD/0001/2008): Sarkozy Limited (the Complainant) purchased tender documents from Ghana Airports Limited (the Respondent) for the supply of rescue equipment for firefighting services.
