NOTICE is hereby given to all Procurement Entities and the general public, that pursuant to Section 22A of Act 663 as amended, the Company name below has been suspended and blacklisted from participating in any government project or tender in the Republic of Ghana, as follows:-
| Company: | Markyei Company Limited of P. O. Box KIA 16367, Airport Accra (“the Company”)

| Reason: | Submission of fake PPA Supplier registration certificate, in tender by the Department of Feeder Roads (DFR) for resealing and upgrading of roads in the Kwahu East and South and Birim South District, Eastern Region. A fraudulent action and an infringement of the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended.

| Duration: | For a period of ONE (1) YEAR – commencing from Wednesday 11th AUGUST, 2021 until close of business on Wednesday 11th AUGUST, 2022.

THIS NOTICE REMAINS VALID FOR THE PERIOD OF SUSPENSION AND BLACKLISTING
